rs8888 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. rs8888 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which rs8888 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. rs8888 cannot be held liable for any delay in deposit processing caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or network outages beyond its reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. rs8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
rs8888 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. Where such checks are necessary, rs8888 will notify you and provide a reasonable estimated timeline for resolution.
All transactions on rs8888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rs8888 does not apply currency conversion charges. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated and settled exclusively in PKR.

All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of rs8888.
rs8888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at rs8888.app/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given consent — marketing communications. rs8888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, licensed game suppliers, and competent authorities as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or any interruption of service.
rs8888's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rs8888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rs8888 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and rs8888, you agree to first contact rs8888 customer support in writing and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for rs8888 to investigate and respond. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
